W-Ni-Fe alloy
Tungsten nickel iron alloy is an alloy based on tungsten (about 90-98%) and added with nickel, iron, copper, or other components, with a specific gravity generally ranging from 17.0 to 18.5.
Tungsten nickel iron alloy is an important tungsten based heavy alloy. They are alloys composed of nickel and iron added to tungsten, as well as alloys with other metal elements added on this basis. The added nickel iron ratio is generally 7:3 or 1:1
Tungsten nickel iron alloy is widely used and has become the main tungsten based heavy alloy with the largest usage. As a general application, such as counterweights, counterweights, radiation shielding devices, etc., sintered alloys are directly used; But for applications that require high mechanical properties, tungsten nickel iron alloy requires deformation processing and heat treatment to achieve strengthening.
