Product Description

      The steel shroud accessories for APS-MWD/LWD, it has three sizes which is 3.44'', 4.125'', 5.25'' using in measurement while drilling made by APS. we also provide the carbide rotor ,stator and wear resistance sleeve which is suit to the shroud.

      WE ARE MAKING THE 2.55" ROTOR AND STATOR NOW!

      Our factory products include the upper pan vavle complete, lower pan valve, piston, bushing, nozzle of the liquid flow control and automatic  push device of vertical drilling tools, flow deflector, van sheel, vane wheel axle, vane wheel box, nozzle of rhe self-activated oscillating-rotating impact drilling tools. Mushroom head(main vavle core), flow limitation ring, flow limitaiton chamber, nose cap, flow divider, flow, spcaer sleeve, pulse hole valve, oscillator of self-activated, upper and lower bearing sleeve and wear sleeve of the pulse generator of MWD and LWD. And nozzle, TC bearing and wear sleeve of the under well tools.

The Shroud is made of  15-5PH material.The inner hole of the Shroud is coated with tungsten carbide to extend its service life.The 3 1/4-16 UN-2B  threaded portion of the Shroud is precision ground using precision CNC machines.
This meticulous manufacturing process ensures the highest accuracy and consistency in threading. With this level of accuracy, you can trust that each Shroud will fit seamlessly into your drilling equipment.
